Louise joined FSH 4 years ago to take on the challenge of shaping a new sales team and developing a cohesive marketing strategy.
Her background in publishing gave her a robust commercial grounding dealing with major global brands such as Tesco and W H Smith. As Client Services Director, Louise plays a key role on the senior management team in terms of business development.
She is responsible for the client services and sales teams, and is also involved in developing key customer relationships and shaping the company’s strategic direction.
