After leaving school, Sarah followed her aspiration to work in healthcare, and she started her training as a nurse at The Whittington and Royal Free Hospitals in London, graduating in 1996. Alongside her love of nursing Sarah had a passion for business and, after two years, she commenced a sales career in the medical supplies industry, at Kimberly Clark. Whilst there, Sarah was instrumental in growing their market share significantly and won the prestigious title of ‘European Sales Representative of the Year’ in 1999.
After a successful 4 year career at Kimberly Clark, Sarah felt ready to embark on her own journey and decided that the challenge of running her own business was her next goal. She started Full Support Healthcare Ltd in partnership with her father in 2002. With her flare and tenacity FSH gained rapid market share and has now reached an annual turnover in excess of £7million.
Sarah has built an impressive reputation as a dynamic and innovative business leader within the surgical and medical supplies industry. She has recently been awarded the prestigious “Enterprising Women of the Year Award 2009” and the Best Business Award 2010 for "Outstanding Personal Achievement" and now mentors other entrepreneural women starting out in business.
Recently Sarah along with the Full Support Healthcare team took part in Colour Works training. The workshops enable individuals to understand themselves in the work place and how they may be perceived on a daily basis by others.
