So that we can do just this, we employ a team of people who have expert knowledge of the healthcare industry. Many of our staff come from within the healthcare sector and have a clinical, procurement or management background.

Our field team of BDM's, Clinical and Product Specialists all have a strong commercial acumen and will identify savings within your hospitals and departments quickly. They will work with your teams to implement these efficiencies straight away so that your Trust can benefit as soon as possible. This will help to support vital initiatives such as QIPP and The Productive Series.

To offer an all round and unbeatable service our departments are set up to provide support at all levels and at all times.


Clinical Experts and Product Educational Specialists

Our clinical and product experts will guide you through the entire process from product reviews and cost comparisons right through to implementation. They will support you through the clinical evaluation process that new surgical or medical products may need to go through before implementation. By offering this knowledge and support they will remove any fear or hassle of the implementation process.

Our clinical team is always on hand to answer any queries throughout implementation and beyond. They are fully trained in the AFPP Theatre Access Course, ensuring they are able to train hospital staff in close proximity to the surgical field without risk of contamination.


Client Services

Working alongside our national team of field based Account Managers is our team of Client Service Advisors. This team structure ensures your requests are dealt with straight away.


Customer Services

Our customer services team provides important support for the Account Managers and Client Service Advisors by ensuring the delivery SLA’s are exceeded.

The NHSSC Service Level Agreement is for FSH to successfully fulfil 98% of orders within 48 hours. Over the last six months our client services team has consistently exceeded this target, achieving an average order fulfilment level of 99.3%.
 
Our team is available from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday but we do operate a 24 hour help line should you need to talk to us at any point.
