Our team is available 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, but we understand that things don’t always go to plan and sometimes you may need to speak to someone out of normal office hours. So, to fully support our customers, we operate an emergency out of hours hotline number (07740 863 163) where you can speak to a real person, and get advice and information, whenever you need it.
Working alongside our national team of field based Account Managers is our team of Client Service Advisors, based in our Northamptonshire location. This team structure ensures your requests are dealt with straight away.
Our professional team will guide you through the often complex clinical evaluation process that many new surgical or medical products must go through before implementation.
We understand your needs and will help you to anticipate the pitfalls and identify the opportunities that clinical evaluations always throw up. We are proud of our ongoing support service and our clinical team is always on hand to answer queries or help with problems through implementation and beyond.
All of our Clinical Team are fully trained in the AFPP Theatre Access Course, ensuring our people are able to train hospital staff in close proximity to the surgical field without risk of contamination.
Our customer service team provides important support for the Account Managers and Client Service Advisors by ensuring the delivery SLA’s are exceeded.
The NHSSC Service Level Agreement is for FSH to successfully fulfil 98% of orders within 48 hours. Over the last six months our client services team has consistently exceeded this target, achieving an average order fulfilment level of 99.3%.
Well over 37,000 products have been supplied with less than 1% encountering a problem.
