This month we’re supporting local schools by taking on work experience students as part of their studies through their Key Stage 4 learning . We understand the need to ensure that young people are able to gain a real life experience and knowledge of the workplace. We aim to provide a genuine work placement which will help to give them a greater understanding of the world of work.
The latest FSH work experience recruit, Lucy Wright, has been working with a range of staff members to help her gain an insight into how the business works. She has spent time with Accounting, Customer Service, Marketing, HR and Warehousing Departments to see the ins-and-outs of a streamlined business like FSH.
Lucy has thoroughly enjoyed her time here so far, this is what she’s had to say about her experience with us: “I’ve had a fantastic time here at Full Support Healthcare. This experience has helped me to gain an insight into how a successful company like FSH is ran. It’s been great to interact with staff members – everyone’s been really helpful and accommodating and I think this experience will really help me in future”.
