With the festive period fast approaching we would like to advise you that Full Support Healthcare will close on 21st December 2012 at 5pm and will reopen on 2nd January 2012 at 8:30am.
To guarantee a 48 hour delivery before Christmas, orders must be received before 2pm on the 19th December 2012
Orders received after that will be processed but may not be delivered until the first week in January.
In line with the Sharps Directive EU Directive 2010/32/EU NHS Supply Chain, in association with the Royal College of Nursing (RCN), we invite you to attend the Safer Sharps demonstration days.
Full Support Healthcare will be attending all venues, demonstrating our new innovative safety-engineered device that helps prevent the risk of sharps injuries and blood-borne infections.
With the impending deadline to implement the measures of the EU directive relating to sharps injuries (by May 2013), our new safety device provides an efficient and simple way to do just this.
The law relating to sharps injuries
There are already existing laws that require employers to protect healthcare workers from sharps injuries. The European Directive introduced in 2010 requires the UK and other member states to introduce further protection for those exposed to potential sharps injuries by May 2013. Hospitals who do not comply with the directive after this date will be held legally accountable.
When you take the time to attend an event you want to come away from the day feeling inspired and buzzing with a sense that the day was 100% worthwhile. And with the RCM Annual Conference coming up next week, Full Support Healthcare (FSH) can guarantee you that feeling.
We believe the product we will exhibiting at the event will have you returning to your hospital Trust with a sense of excitement and renewed energy. This is certainly the impact it has had on the FSH team. We will keep you guessing as to what this new and innovative product is till next week - but we can commit that this little device will positively transform practice for any forward thinking hospital.
Throughout the day at the RCM Annual Conference we will be carrying out LIVE demos to showcase this new device. Our Clinical Education Specialists will be on hand to provide advice on how to use the product and the opportunity to even try the device yourself. Information will be readily available for you to take away for fellow colleagues.
Who said size matters?!
A small device that transforms practice steals the limelight at the AfPP Congress 2012.
As the delegates gathered at the ICC Birmingham last week for the 48th Annual AfPP Congress and Exhibition, Full Support Healthcare (FSH) were ready and waiting to WOW with a new device that will transform clinical practice in maternity. An innovative product designed to eliminate blood splash and improve safety and infection control when cutting the umbilical cord.
Throughout the day the team worked hard delivering LIVE DEMO’s to intrigued delegates who were keen to see the small, yet crafty device in action. Hyped by what they saw, FSH was pleased to see that what we believe to be a fantastic must have product is evoking the same reaction from those that will ultimately be the end user of the device.
